Payment
Payment can be made with through Paypal. A Paypal account is not required to pay with any major credit card or by electronic check. Funkist sends an invoice along with a link to Paypal. Customers can click on the link and complete the whole transaction within a couple of minutes. Freight
All orders unless stated otherwise are shipped via UPS or USPS, fob Phoenix, AZ. USA

All orders within Continental USA will have a $10.00 freight fee added to the invoice if under 300.00

Orders over 300.00 are shipped within Continental USA will be shipped Freight Free.

Orders from non-Continental U.S. and other countries will require additional freight charges. Funkist will find the best rates possible and the cost of shipping will be cleared with the customer, prior to shipping.

Prices
All pricing listed on this web site is wholesale cost, U.S. dollars. Suggested retail on most items is keystone or better.

Availability of Product
All items are stocked in our warehouse. However some items may be out of stock at the time of your order. In this case, we reserve the right to substitute very similar items if not instructed otherwise. If you wish no substitutions, please let us know.

Delivery
We normally ship customer orders within 2 days of receipt of payment. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order along with your shipping information as well as the tracking numbers.

Merchandise Returns
All merchandise is fully guaranteed.  All merchandise returns must have an authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package returned for the package to be accepted. The number must be obtained by calling Funkist at 480-654-6700 or e-mail: el@funkist.ca.
